Filter Housing Series—Crafted for Your Industry

We separate our vessels into three distinct grades to match your regulatory requirements:

1. Sanitary Grade Housings (Pharma & F&B)

Finish: Mechanical polishing to Ra < 0.4μm or Electropolishing (EP). No dead legs, easy to clean (CIP/SIP).
Connection: Tri-Clamp (TC) sanitary fittings.
Application: Sterile filtration, vaccine production, beer/wine clarification.
Design: Accepts Code 7 (226) or Code 2 (222) cartridges for zero bypass.

2. Industrial Grade Housings (General Process)

Finish: Sandblasted or Bead Blasted exterior for durability; acid-pickled interior for corrosion resistance.
Connection: Flanges (ANSI/DIN/JIS) or Threaded (NPT/BSP).
Application: RO Pre-filtration, cooling water, chemical processing, and paints.

3. High-Pressure / Gas Housings

Specs: Engineered for high-pressure air/gas lines or aggressive chemical injection.
Design: Heavy wall thickness and reinforced closure mechanisms.

Single Cartridge Housings: Ideal for point-of-use filtration or lab scale-up. Fits 5" to 40" lengths.
Multi-Cartridge Housings: High-capacity vessels holding 3 to 100+ rounds. Equipped with davit arms or spring-assisted lid lifters for safe, easy maintenance.
Bag Filter Housings: Single and multi-bag vessels compatible with standard Size #1, #2, #3, and #4 bags. Features basket restrainers and positive sealing mechanisms.
Lenticular Filter Housings: Specialized vessels for disc stack modules, widely used in wine and beverage depth filtration.
