Large Capacity Pre-Filtration Industrial High Flow Filter Housing for Membrane System Protection


This high-capacity High Flow Filter Housing is built from 304/316L stainless steel for high-flow applications. Designed to hold large cartridges with multiple square meters of filtration area, it lowers system pressure drop and increases throughput within a space-efficient footprint. An innovative locking mechanism allows quick cartridge changes, reducing downtime. It serves as an effective pre-filter or final polisher, providing reliable protection for RO and UF membrane systems.

What connection threads can you produce?

The standard connection thread of LOONG Filtration filters is NPT. We also provide filter housings with BSPT, BSPP (G thread), SAE thread, autoclave thread, and HiP thread.


Can the filter housing be reused?

Yes, filter housings are usually designed for reuse. However, every time the filter element is replaced, the interior of the housing must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for corrosion or damage.


How often should I replace the filter element?

There is no fixed schedule. The optimal replacement time depends on the actual working conditions. The main basis is the pressure differential. When the pressure differential reaches the maximum value recommended by the manufacturer, the filter element should be replaced immediately. An estimated replacement cycle can also be formulated based on the operating time or changes in the quality of downstream products.
