Filter Bag Construction Technology: The Welded Advantage
We offer two distinct construction methods, but for critical liquid applications, we recommend Welded.
Fully Welded Construction (The LOONG Standard):Using thermal bonding, we fuse the fabric seams. This eliminates needle holes where particles can bypass and removes the risk of loose threads contaminating your product (fiber migration).
Sewn Construction:A cost-effective option for standard non-critical applications. We use a rugged 5-thread lockstitch for maximum durability.

1. Needle Felt (Depth Filtration)
Traps particles inside the fabric matrix. High dirt-holding capacity.
Polypropylene (PP): Universal chemical resistance (Acids/Alkalis). Max Temp: 90°C.
Polyester (PE): Superior heat resistance and tensile strength. Max Temp: 150°C.
High-Efficiency LCR: Multi-layer construction designed specifically for Oil Absorption and Gel removal. (95%+ Efficiency).
2. Monofilament Mesh (Surface Filtration)
Woven square holes for precise sieving. Washable and Reusable.
The "Zero-Bypass" Sealing System of Filter Bag
A bag is only as good as its seal. If fluid flows around the ring, the filter is useless. LOONG offers precise collar options to fit all major housing brands (Eaton, FSI, Rosedale):
SDS / Sentinel Type (Plastic Collar): Our proprietary pressure-activated lip seal. As pressure increases, the seal against the housing wall tightens. 100% Bypass-Free. (Materials: PP, PE).
Steel Ring: Galvanized or Stainless Steel ring sewn into the top. The traditional choice for gravity flow or non-critical housings.
Drawstring: For tie-on applications directly to pipes.
