High Dirt Capacity, Low Pressure Drop Polypropylene (PP) Depth Filter Bag for Liquids


This series of Filter Bags are produced using a melt-blown process to form a lofty three-dimensional structure, enabling gradient depth filtration that captures particles of varying sizes both on the surface and within the media. The surface is thermally sintered to secure fibers in place, preventing migration and secondary contamination while maintaining high permeability. As a result, the bags deliver high dirt-holding capacity, consistent retention efficiency, low pressure drop, and extended service life—without the pore-clogging issues common with calendered filter media.


APPLICATIONS

• Chemical Liquid Filtration: Ideal for filtering various acid/alkali solutions, organic solvents, and chemical intermediates in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for purification.

• Industrial Water Treatment: Used in pre-treatment systems, cooling water, and wastewater treatment to remove suspended solids, sediments, and impurities.

• Plating & Surface Treatment: Effective in filtering plating baths, electroless plating solutions, and pre-treatment liquids for coating, extending bath life and ensuring product quality.

• Food & Beverage Industry: Suitable for filtering syrups, edible oils, beverages, and process water where high standards of hygiene and safety is required.
