180° Rotation Design Swing-Type Titanium Rod Filter GMP Standard for Pharmaceutical and Chemical Applications


This wing-Type Titanium Rod Filter Housing features a 304/316L stainless steel construction and high-temperature sintered titanium elements. Its 180° rotation design enables complete drainage and cleaning to prevent cross-contamination. The titanium elements, manufactured via powder metallurgy, provide strong corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, making them ideal for decarbonization filtration in large-scale infusion and injection production. GMP-compliant and compact, the system delivers reliable solid-liquid separation for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications.
