Multi-Cartridge Precision Gas Purification Stainless Steel Gas Filter Housing


This high-purity Stainless Steel Gas Filter Housing is constructed of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished interior to minimize contamination risk. Compatible with PTFE, glass fiber, and stainless steel filter cartridges, it achieves filtration down to 0.01 μm for reliable particle and bacteria removal. The modular design enables quick cartridge replacement, making it ideal for sterile gas applications in biopharmaceutical fermentation, pharmaceutical processes, and electronics manufacturing.

Can water treatment filters (such as bag filters, cartridge filters) be interchanged with air filters?

Absolutely not! Their structural design, sealing form, material selection, and performance testing standards are completely different. Mixing them will lead to low efficiency, equipment damage, and even safety accidents.


Do you produce housings with flanges?

Yes, LOONG Filtration has a series of special housings with flange connections and has rich experience in the following flange types:
