Can LOONG’s filter elements be used for pre-filtration, membrane filtration, and final filtration? How do I select them accordingly?
Yes, LOONG’s filter elements can be used for pre-filtration to final filtration stages. They can be selected based on the pore size of the filter cartridge, the filtration media or membrane and the format of construction.
Can your filters handle high-temperature or corrosive environments?
Yes, we offer filter cartridges made from PTFE, PES, stainless steel, and other materials resistant to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals.
Can LOONG’s filter cartridges fit in standard filter housings?
Yes, LOONG’s filter cartridges can fit in most standard filter housings and systems. They are typically placed inside a housing, capsule, or casing.
How to store the filter cartridge?
• Store at a temperature between 5 and 30 °C (4l and 86 °F) in dry conditions
• Do not expose direct sunlight, radiation or direct weather conditions
• Store in original shipping bag and boxingExercise care during handling to avoid physical damage.
• Ensure shipping bags and any seals are intact prior to use. Plastics can be damaged if roughlyhandled, particularly at sub-zero temperatures. Thermal shock by quickly raising the temperature from subzero conditions should also be avoided.
• Visual inspection of packaging and product and, where appropriate.integritytesting is recommended prior to use. Do not use damaged articles.
For conditions outside the above or questions related to correct storage, please contact LOONG for further advice.
