This series of Filter Housing is constructed entirely from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel with precision mirror polishing, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and easy-clean properties. What is the maximum operating pressure for this housing?

Our standard design supports up to 10 bar (145 psi). We also offer high-pressure customization up to 100 bar for special industrial applications.


Can you provide different connection types?

Yes. Standard connections include Flange (ANSI/DIN/JIS), Tri-clamp, and Thread (BSP/NPT). Custom connections are available upon request.


What is the lead time for a custom order?

For standard models, we ship within 1 week. Custom designs typically require 15-20 days for fabrication and testing.


How is filtration precision (e.g., micron rating) defined?

Filtration precision is usually expressed in microns (μm), representing the minimum particle diameter that a filter can effectively capture. For example, a 10-micron filter means it can remove most particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 10 microns. The definition of precision may vary slightly depending on the test method (such as bubble point test, multi-pass test).


What precautions should be taken when installing a filter?

• Ensure that the fluid flow direction is consistent with the arrow marked on the filter housing.

• Ensure the installation location facilitates maintenance and filter element replacement.

• Before connecting the pipeline, purge the pipeline to prevent contaminants such as welding slag from directly impacting the filter element.

• Before installation, check whether seals such as O-rings are intact and properly positioned.


What is the maximum working pressure of your filter housings and systems?
