How to replace the filter element?
1. Isolate the filter and relieve pressure
2. Drain the residual fluid in the filter housing;
3. Open the housing and take out the old filter element;
4. Clean the interior of the filter housing;
5. Inspect and replace new seals;
6. Install the new filter element and ensure it is properly seated;
7. Close the housing and restart the system in accordance with the operating procedures.
How to handle filter housing leakage?
Shut down the machine and relieve pressure immediately. Check whether the sealing surface of the housing is damaged and whether the O-ring is aged, worn, or improperly installed. Replace with qualified seals and retighten the bolts (in accordance with the torque and sequence recommended by the manufacturer).
What is the maximum working pressure of your filter housings and systems?
