LIQUID COOLING
The LC-Series hydrophilic PTFE filter cartridge combines the corrosion resistance of PTFE with hydrophilic wetting properties, specially designed for fine filtration in fluorinated fluid circulation. It can stably filter 0.1–1 μm particulates, removing crystals, contaminants, and material debris, significantly extending the lifespan of immersion refrigerants. Suitable for multiple types of media such as HFE/HFO and PAO, it is the premier choice for terminal filtration in high-reliability liquid cooling systems.

Yes, LOONG’s filter elements can be used for pre-filtration to final filtration stages. They can be selected based on the pore size of the filter cartridge, the filtration media or membrane and the format of construction.
What kind of construction configurations are LOONG’s filter cartridges available in?
LOONG’s filter cartridges are available in 4 different construction configurations: depth, pleated, pleated-depth and string-wound or spiral-wound.

How to store the filter cartridge?
• Store at a temperature between 5 and 30 °C (4l and 86 °F) in dry conditions
• Do not expose direct sunlight, radiation or direct weather conditions
• Store in original shipping bag and boxingExercise care during handling to avoid physical damage.
• Ensure shipping bags and any seals are intact prior to use. Plastics can be damaged if roughlyhandled, particularly at sub-zero temperatures. Thermal shock by quickly raising the temperature from subzero conditions should also be avoided.
• Visual inspection of packaging and product and, where appropriate.integritytesting is recommended prior to use. Do not use damaged articles.
