Closed Design Candle Filter Housing with Backwash System for High Solids & Viscous Materials


The Candle Filter Housing utilizes a multi-element, small-diameter tube design to provide extensive filtration area for high-solid or viscous fluids. It features pulse gas blow-back for efficient cake discharge and a closed-loop filtrate backwash to prevent contamination. Operating in a fully enclosed mode, it ensures leak-free clarification, slurry concentration, and solids recovery in fine chemical and biopharmaceutical processes.
