Pharmaceutical Grade Stainless Steel Respirator with SIP Capability


This Stainless Steel Respirator/Vent provides active protection for pharmaceutical and bioprocess storage tanks. Consisting of a 304/316L stainless steel enclosure and a hydrophobic filter cartridge, it efficiently removes particles and bacteria down to ≥0.01 μm during tank breathing. Designed with steam-in-place (SIP) capability for repeated sterilization, the compact unit mounts directly on tank vents to deliver GMP-compliant protection for WFI tanks, formulation vessels, purified water systems, and fermenters.


APPLICATIONS
•  Pharmaceutical Water Systems:Protects WFI and purified water tanks from microbial contamination during breathing, maintaining water quality stability

• Biofermentation Systems:Provides sterile ventilation for fermenters, preventing bacterial contamination and improving product yield
