High Capacity PES Capsule Filter - LRV7 Rated for High Flow Sterile Filtration
APPLICATIONS
• Biopharmaceuticals: Clarification and sterile filtration of large-volume cell culture media and fermentation harvests; terminal filtration of therapeutic protein solutions.
• Large Volume Parenteral (LVP) Manufacturing: Terminal sterile filtration of intravenous solutions (e.g., saline, dextrose).
• Blood Products: Bulk terminal processing of blood-derived products like albumin and clotting factors.
• Food & Beverage: Terminal sterilization and purification of bottled water, premium beverages, and process water in brewing.
• High-Efficiency Sterilization:
Utilizes imported asymmetric dual-layer PES membrane with LRV7 retention, providing reliable microbial safety.
• Extended Service Life:
The significantly increased filtration area provides higher dirt holding capacity and longer service intervals compared to standard capsules, reducing operational costs.
• Convenient Sanitary Connections:
Sanitary flange connections on inlet and outlet allow for quick installation, removal, and integration, meeting GMP cleaning requirements.
• Broad Product Compatibility:
The low protein-binding membrane is suitable for sensitive biologics as well as food and beverage applications.

How do we get your filter catalog and price list?
How long is the shipment time?
How to store the filter cartridge?
Store at a temperature between 5 and 30 °C (4l and 86 °F) in dry conditions
Do not expose direct sunlight, radiation or direct weather conditions
Store in original shipping bag and boxingExercise care during handling to avoid physical damage.
Ensure shipping bags and any seals are intact prior to use. Plastics can be damaged if roughlyhandled, particularly at sub-zero temperatures. Thermal shock by quickly raising the temperature from subzero conditions should also be avoided.
