• Rapid Contamination and Clogging of Filter Elements:

The incoming water in the plant contains a wide variety of pollutants and extremely high suspended solid content, leading to severe and rapid fouling and clogging of filter elements in the pretreatment system. The shortest replacement cycle is every 8 hours.


• High Maintenance Costs:

Repeated shutdowns of wastewater treatment equipment and difficulty in water production result in astonishing labor operation costs, filter material consumption costs and solid waste treatment costs.

 Precise hierarchical design: 

The overall solution adopts an 8-layer structure to conduct graded interception of particles with different particle sizes in the sewage, realizing step-by-step precise filtration.

 3D interception: 

A special dispersion layer is innovatively added between the membrane layers, which greatly increases the dirt-holding capacity of the filter element, upgrading the traditional "2D planar interception" to "2D interception" and significantly extending the service life of the filter element.

Super-D Series Large-Flow Filter Elements

Adopting nano-scale ultra-fine fiber PP filter membranes combined with a 5-10 layer gradient precision membrane structure, it achieves efficient filtration and long service life performance.


 Efficient filtration: Under a pressure difference of 3.0 bar, its instantaneous flux reaches 1.5 times that of ordinary structures.


 Long service life: Under the same pollution conditions, the service life is more than 3 times that of conventional large-flow filter elements.
